parties if the information has been de-identified or aggregated in a way so it cannot be used to

the Services, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being

otherwise processed or as otherwise as permitted by law. When determining the retention period, we take into
account criteria such as the type of services requested by or provided to you, the nature and length of our
relationship with you, the use of our Services, and the impact on the Services’ functionality if we delete your

NetJets does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 16 other than
when required to comply with the law or for safety and security reasons. Due to the nature of our Services,
we may collect travel information, which may include personal information, related to their travel on NetJets
aircraft when it is required to comply with the law, including federal aviation or security regulations, as otherwise
required to provide transportation needs and services, or for safety and security reasons. We may retain personal
information when required to provide transportation and related services to a child, or in connection with
services purchased or enrolled by the parent or guardian on the child’s behalf. If you are a child under the age
of 16, you must not provide us with any of your personal information. If you are not the parent or guardian of
the child, or otherwise authorized by the child’s parent or guardian, you must not provide us with any personal
information of the child. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 16 has provided Personal
