– Web beacons: Web beacons are small graphic images, also known as “Internet tags” or “clear gifs,”
embedded in webpages and email messages. Web beacons may be used, without limitation, to
count the number of visitors to the Services, to monitor how users navigate the Services, and to
count advertising and content views. NetJets may place or engage in the placement of image pixels,
tags, beacons or other tracking technologies for the purpose of measuring advertising campaign
performance, tracking sales, campaign optimization, and audience targeting exclusion.
– Embedded scripts: An embedded script is programming code designed to collect information about
your interactions with the Services. It is temporarily downloaded onto your computer from our web
server, or from a third party with which we work, and is active only while you are connected to the
Services and deleted or deactivated thereafter.
– Device and activity monitoring: Technologies that monitor, and may record, certain of your
interactions with the Services and/or collect and analyze information from your device, such as,
without limitation, your operating system, plug-ins, system fonts, and other data, for purposes such as
identification, security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, tracking and/or improving the Services and
customizing or optimizing your experience on the Services.
– Third-party analytics: NetJets utilizes third-party analytics applications like Adobe Analytics and
Google Analytics to measure and analyze the behavior of visitors on the Service, as well as traffic

INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM OTHER SOURCES
We may collect Personal Information about you from service providers such as analytics companies, joint
marketing providers, network security vendors, and data providers. We may also collect Personal Information
about you from our affiliates and our partners and their service providers and contractors. For example, this may
include your current job position, business address, company name, and position title provided by your employer.
We also may obtain information you have made publicly available, including from websites and online services
you use, consumer research platforms, government databases, and/or business contact databases.

Generally, we may collect or use your Personal Information for our legitimate business interests, including for
